R2F 900

Hammer of Justice

Masqueraded as the pirate Strike Cruiser Tongs during a capture mission on an Imperial supply route in the Havion system on the outskirts of the Osiris Sector. Delivered Republic Shield forces disguised as pirates to the Imperial supply route near the planets Havion III and IV before withdrawing to beyond the engagement zone to prevent Imperial forces seeing trough the deception. Republic Shield forces successfully disabled the convoy freighters of the Imperial Logistics Corps, defeating the defensive forces launched from them. Launched the shuttle Animus, and the transports Arrow Head and Rye Catcher, which micro-jumped into the combat zone and captured the freighters. Once the freighters had all been seized, the boarding parties jumped out of the system and returned to the vessel. The vessel then jumped back in system to collect Republic Shield forces, their mission completed successfully as the captured freighters has entered hyperspace. (R2F900)

Tongs

Prometheus

Led a Republic Shield task force to safely see off General Leitbur aboard the shuttle Bur'kla from the Prometheus to the Greeop system after an unfortunate capture and rescue ordeal. However, Imperial forces led by the Impeccable entered the area and engaged the vessel and defending Republic Shield forces. While Republic Shield and Imperial forces engaged each other the shuttle Bur’kla unexpectedly flew to the Star Destroyer Impeccable and entered its hangar. Imperial and Republic Shield forces continued battling while the Impeccable withdrew from the combat zone immediately after the Bur’kla was safely aboard, stranding Imperial forces in the combat zone. Led Republic Shield forces in the annihilation of the remaining Imperial forces. (R2F901)

Impeccable

Led Imperial forces in a surprise attack against the Star Destroyer Prometheus and Republic Shield forces escorting the shuttle Bur'kla. Distracted Republic Shield forces while the shuttle Bur’kla unexpectedly changed its flight course and entered the vessel’s hangar. Withdrew from the combat zone immediately after the Bur’kla was safely aboard, stranding the vessel’s starfighter force which was annihilated by Republic Shield forces after the vessel’s departure. R2F 902

Hammer of Justice

While disguised as a pirate vessel, led Republic Shield forces disguised as pirates against an Imperial convoy transporting stolen Republic Shield materiél. Co-ordinated the attempt to disable and capture the Imperial convoy, however Imperial forces led by the Modified Frigate Seraph entered the combat zone and ambushed the vessel, engaging it directly. The Seraph and its forces overwhelmed the vessel and its defences, forcing it to withdraw from the combat zone. However the Modified Frigate Seraph was not deterred, and maintained a close pursuit, bombarding the vessel without mercy. Republic Shield forces rallied to protect the vessel, causing the destruction of the Imperial frigate. The vessel successfully escaped from the ambush; however the Imperial convoy managed to escape from the system. (R2F902)

Seraph

Led Imperial forces in an ambush against the apparently-pirate force led by the Strike Cruiser Tongs, which was attempting to disable and capture an Imperial convoy carrying stolen Republic Shield materiél. Savagely engaged the Tongs, forcing the pirate force to contend with the Imperial attack force, allowing the convoy to escape. Succeeded in forcing the Tongs to retreat, and kept up the pursuit, bombarding the Strike Cruiser. However, the pirate forces rallied to defend their command ship, and bombarded the vessel into scrap, allowing the Tongs to escape from the ambush. Destroyed by Republic Shield forces disguised as pirates. (R2F902)

Led Republic Shield forces disguised as pirates against an Imperial convoy transporting stolen Republic Shield material. Co-ordinated the attempt to disable and capture the Imperial convoy, however Imperial forces led by the Modified Frigate Seraph entered the combat zone and ambushed the vessel, engaging it directly. The Seraph and its forces overwhelmed the vessel and its defences, forcing it to withdraw from the combat zone. However the Modified Frigate Seraph was not deterred, and maintained a close pursuit, bombarding the vessel without mercy. Republic Shield forces rallied to protect the vessel, causing the destruction of the Imperial frigate. R2F 903

Angelfire

Led Republic Shield forces attempting to withdraw from the Havion system in the wake of an Imperial ambush on the Strike Cruiser Hammer of Justice. The vessel and its support ships had powered down all but essential systems while a navigational course out of the system could be plotted, to minimise attracting Imperial attention during the withdrawal. However, Imperial forces led by the Star Destroyer Impeccable discovered the task force, and led an attack force against the vessel. Republic Shield forces intercepted the attacking forces, devastating the Imperial attack force; however the corvette Survivor was heavily damaged by overwhelming Imperial fire. Imperial forces began moving to intercept the Republic Shield task force, however Republic Shield forces returned to the vessel, which then moved with the modified corvette Marauder and the corvette Survivor to the hyperpoint marked by navigation buoy B-18 and escaped from the Imperial attack force. Survivor

Part of Republic Shield forces led by the Modified Frigate Angelfire attempting to withdraw from the Havion system in the wake of an Imperial ambush on the Strike Cruiser Hammer of Justice. The Angelfire and its support ships had powered down all but essential systems while a navigational course out of the system could be plotted, to minimise attracting Imperial attention during the withdrawal. However, Imperial forces led by the Star Destroyer Impeccable discovered the task force, and led an attack force against the Angelfire and the accompanying vessels. Republic Shield forces intercepted the attacking forces, devastating the Imperial attack force; however the vessel was heavily damaged by overwhelming Imperial fire. Imperial forces began moving to intercept the Republic Shield task force however the vessel moved with Republic Shield forces to the hyperpoint and escaped from the Imperial attack force. (R2F903)

Impeccable

Led an Imperial attack force against the Modified Frigate Angelfire and its support ships attempting to withdraw from the Havion system near navigation buoy B-18. Imperial forces moved to bombard the fleeing ships however Republic Shield defence forces shattered the attack force, stalling the Imperial advance on the Angelfire’s task force. The Republic Shield counter assault was costly, as the corvettes Quapaw I and Quapaw II were both heavily damaged. The Frigate Gegenschein also suffered fairly severe damage. The vessel itself only suffered minor damage to shield systems. Imperial forces struck a fairly successful blow against the retreating forces, heavily damaging the corvette Survivor. Despite this achievement, Republic Shield forces were able to successfully fall back to the Modified Frigate Angelfire, as the Angelfire and its surviving forces reached the navigation buoy B-18 and escaped into hyperspace. Quapaw I

Part of an Imperial attack force led by the Star Destroyer Impeccable against the Modified Frigate Angelfire and its support ships attempting to withdraw from the Havion system near navigation buoy B-18. Imperial forces moved to bombard the fleeing ships; however Republic Shield defence forces shattered the attack force stalling the Imperial advance on the Angelfire’s task force. The Republic Shield counter assault was costly, as the vessel and its counterpart, the corvette Quapaw II, were both heavily damaged. Imperial forces struck back, heavily damaging the corvette Survivor, however the outcome was draw, as Republic Shield forces were able to successfully fall back to the Modified Frigate Angelfire, as the Angelfire and its surviving forces reached the navigation buoy B-18 and escaped into hyperspace.
