History
Part of Imperial forces led by the Victory Star Destroyer Dark Menace in pursuit of the transport company cargo ferry group Wanderer, who were en route to a meeting place with Republic Shield forces near a volcanic planet with asteroid ring (#95). The vessel prevented the convoy craft from escaping by powering up its gravity well generators, and also trapped more convoy craft in the area, along with an escort of Republic Shield and independent security forces. Attempted to engage cargo vessels, but was forced to deal with the attacking Republic Shield and independent security forces that were defending them. Sufficient damage to the vessel’s shields prompted a withdrawal from the system, reluctantly allowing the cargo convoy to proceed with Republic Shield forces. (IBG206)
