Joanah Jeter, Darren Jeter's mother.

Early in the story, Darren and his father Jack Jeter argue over him joining the Alliance. The argument was based on Joanah, as she died over bloodthirst. Darren made it clear to Jack that he had to fight to prevent similar actions made by others, from happening.

Far later in the story we see more clues to how Joanah embarked on her bloodthirsty mission and why, as Darren is concerned for Castor's reasoing in Mission 7 of the PSG/Grey Tour.
