Strategic and Tactical Command (STC) is the RS home of real-time strategy (RTS) games, not including Empire at War, which is in Righteous Indignation Division.

It was a fleet at one time, but is now a wing. Games previously supported include Force Commander and Rebellion. Currently the STC supports Galactic Battlegrounds, a game based on the Age of Empires II:Age of Kings game engine.

Rumors have it that it may be disbanded soon by the RF command staff.
