Rear Admiral is the sixth club level rank. It may be granted to persons who have proven activity and contributions to the Rebel Squadrons at the club level for a minimum of three months as a Commodore. Promotion to this rank is at the discretion of either the Fleet Commander or majority vote by the High Command.[[1]]
