Story
Ygrez Mistrunner was a soldier and starfighter pilot who served with the Alliance to Restore the Republic. He was born on Dantooine into a family of farmers near the beginning of the Clone Wars. Too young to be able to remember the Battle of Dantooine and due to Dantooine being relatively ignored during the war, Ygrez had a happy childhood.
Having no interest in living the life of a farmer and having always looked up to the stars in hope of one day traveling to many different star systems. He chose the closest thing to his dream that was available to him and learned to pilot to help his family by transporting the goods they produced to a nearby space station along with his faithful R4 droid.
On a routine delivery, he was arrested under false charges by a corrupt imperial officer that was trying to force the farmers to pay a ransom (or as he called it a special tax) to get their transports and pilots back in one piece. However a few days later, a group of rebel sympathizers attacked the station to free some of their comrades that had been previously captured and were about to be sent to Dathomir. With their help, Ygrez and many other captive pilots managed to escape right before the imperial station exploded from the damage sustained during the battle. Feeling that going back to his family would put them in danger, he instead sent a message to his adoptive sister asking her to tell their family that he was all right but wouldn't be able to return home for some time.
During the rest of the galactic civil war he trained and fought as both a pilot and a soldier as a member of the Rebel Squadrons to help stop the Empire and assist in bringing back the Republic to its rightful place.
