RS Ladder
The RS Ladder is a proposed system that will be available for all multiplayer games and be essentially a more advanced version of Leagues of Interpersonal Competition.

Ratings
"Rating" denotes the value that determines a player's position on the ladder.
- In general, how will a player's rating for a particular game be calculated?
- Should we calculate an overall rating for all players across all games? This would allow placing all RSers on one ladder, but allow the strengths or weaknesses of activity in one particular game to be better than another game.

* Method of determining rating: ? ** Skill rating concept: Calculate rating according to score against win-loss record of other players for example: a 10-2 win against a player whose record is 20-2 will give you many skill rating points, whereas a 10-9 win against the same player will give you fewer points, but still many, and a 10-2 win against a 2-20 player will not give you many skill rating points.
