Lieutenant Commander is the sixth rank at the squadron level. It is granted to persons who have proven activity and contributions to the Rebel Squadrons at the squadron level for a minimum of four weeks as a Major.[[1]]
Command Possibilities
Wing SO/XO in the Academy, Platform Coordinator, eligible for High Command position as an Alderman (usually because of excellent service).
