Fleet Admiral is the highest club level rank. It is also currently the highest attainable rank in the Rebel Squadrons. It may be granted to persons who have proven activity and contributions to the Rebel Squadrons at the club level for a minimum of six months as an Admiral. A member only reaches the rank of Fleet Admiral through long service at the club-wide level, usually as a member of the High Command or as a member of the Executive staff.
