A member only reaches the rank of Fleet Admiral through long service at the club-wide level, usually as a member of the High Command or as a member of the Executive staff. History
The rank of Fleet Admiral has been the Rebel Squadrons' highest attainable rank since late 1997. Prior to that it was topped by Bar Admiral and Sector Admiral.
