Colonel is the highest squadron level rank. It is granted to persons who have proven activity and contributions to the Rebel Squadrons at the squadron level for a minimum of four weeks as a Lieutenant Colonel.[[1]]

Eligible for High Command position as an Alderman (usually the lowest rank requirement).
