Platform setup

• setup a page so admins can add/remove games
• setup email for Platform Coordinators so they can email everyone who has selected the PC's sphere of responsibility. (IE: XWing PC can only email everyone who's selected XWing as a game in their profile)
• setup page that lists everyone who plays a game. IE: Everyone who plays XvT gets put on a list so people can try and find a MP match. Modified roster/search for this purpose. There's a minor bug, but it's not a problem unless someone doesn't put in any search terms. In which case once everyone active updates their platforms played the bug will go away. (Blank search, will only list those who have added platforms to play).

ITOD System Revamp

Things that need to be done:

• Transfer recent tours to missions.rs.org db tables
• Correct some data for older tours in missions.rs.org db tables (reported dates)
• Create reporter pages
• Create admin approval links for scores
• Create screenshot/pilot file viewing page
• Complete mission scoreboard page
• Create admin pages for the addition/editing of new tours/missions
• More to be added, I need sleep...
